I arrived in Yellowknife the summer of 2016, courtesy of the Canadian Armed Forces, and have fallen in love with the community and the Northwest Territories. After 33 years (and counting) with the RCAF, my family and I decided to make the NWT our home, embracing the unique experiences living North of 60 has to offer. After 3 decades of construction and property management a career in Real Estate is the perfect fit. Joining the RE/MAX team has shown me that the client is first, the process is transparent and there is a fit for everyone.

As a result of the repeated process of buying and selling homes across Canada, I am experienced with the ever-changing Federal Relocation Services process and what it means to buy and sell a home as a part of one’s employment. I am a Registered Government Relocation Specialist, a certified RE/MAX Military Residential Specialist (MilRes®) and an Approved Buyers Representative (ABR®).

My knowledge of house hunting (HHT) and the Brookfield Global Relocation Services policies is extensive. I am a qualified Brrokfield Authorized Agent and a Brookfield Authorized renter Agent. I have a passion for the North and a clear understanding that while time is of the essence your needs are my #1 priority throughout the entire process whether you are buying or selling.
